History of the firm....

Origin: Norris & Fisher (N&F) was founded in 1989 and the firm has prospered by delivering a personal and conscientious service to a variety of clients. The basic principal has remained unchanged…always provide advice that is in the best interest of our clients. This principal has been the backbone of the growth of N&F and one that is shared by all of the directors and staff.

Growth: We measure Growth by the number of clients that consider N&F to be their Financial Adviser, not by the number of employees that work for the firm. Our clients are the most important people in our organisation….and will always remain so. We are proud of the fact that over 60% of our clients have been with us for over 15 years.

Current: We are regulated directly by the Financial Servies Authority (FSA). This requires the highest standards of advice and adherence to a strict regulatory regime; all aimed at providing the highest level of protection of clients interests. We place a strong emphasis on technology and staff training to ensure we offer a high standard of service.

Future: Our aim is to continue to provide the highest level of service and advice to our existing and new clients without losing sight of our values; a local friendly firm, providing a high level of service to our loyal clients.
